Programme
Combinatorics 2024 will host the workshop Combinatorial Structures and their Applications, funded by the Department of Mechanics, Mathematics and Management of Polytechnic University of Bari. The workshop is mainly intended to young researchers and PhD students. Its aim is to present open problems and give an opportunity to describe mathematical settings possibly related to applications.
During Combinatorics 2024 one of the two 2023 Kirkman ICA Medals and of the 2023 Honorary Fellows of the ICA will be presented.
Kirkman Medals recognize excellent research by Fellows or Associate Fellows of the ICA early in their research career, as evidenced by an excellent body of published research. Honorary Fellowship acknowledges an individual who has made pre-eminent contributions to combinatorics or its applications. The number of living Honorary Fellows at any time shall not exceed ten.
Combinatorics 2024 will host a De Cifris session and a meeting of the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications. More information will come soon.
