COVID-19

Our current plan is to hold the conference in person. We will follow the University of Waterloo COVID guidelines available here. This means that masking is required indoors on campus, and since the banquet is on campus this means more stringent mask rules than restaurants off-campus.

Once you are in Waterloo, if you need a Covid test by a third party to return to your home country, you can get one at a drugstore or pharmacy (like Shoppers Drug Mart or Rexall). A price for an antigen test is CAD $40. The closest pharmacies to the University of Waterloo is Shoppers Drug Mart at Waterloo Town Square or at Weber and Bridgeport.
