Accommodation

Here are some suggestions for accommodation.

• Hotel Laurier: student dorm type accommodation at the nearby Wilfrid Laurier University and right next to uptown Waterloo. We have placed a hold on 10 single rooms with private bathroom, three 3-bedroom units, and two 4-bedroom units. To book email hotel@wlu.ca or call 519.884.0710, x3958 indicating you are part of the conference and give your name, address, phone number, email address, arrival and departure date. The rates are:

  1. 3-bedroom apartment is CAD $775.00 per week, plus HST

  2. 4-bedroom apartment is CAD $995.00 per week, plus HST.

• Guest rooms at St. Paul’s College: more up-scale college-dorm type accommodation at St. Paul's College next to the University of Waterloo. We have placed a hold on 5 queen rooms, and 2 twin rooms. If you have a car there are several hotels near St. Jacobs Market.
