Welcome to the "Thailand Buddhist Calendar" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please decline use and uninstall the Application from your device immediately.
1. Scope of Service and Disclaimer
1.1 This Application is designed to provide information regarding Buddhist holy days, public holidays, significant dates, Buddhist proverbs, and a personal note-taking service (Note) with a notification system for personal convenience only.
1.2 Accuracy of Information: All information within the Application, including Buddhist proverbs, has been compiled and prepared with care. However, the developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information due to potential technical or calculation errors. This information should not be used as an official legal or religious reference.
1.3 Notifications: Notification performance depends on the Android operating system, power management settings, and individual device configurations. The developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed or missed notifications. Users are responsible for consulting their device manuals to correctly configure background process permissions and notifications manually.
2. Data Management and Backup
2.1 Data Ownership: Notes and any data created by the user are stored solely in the user's device memory. The developer does not store or have access to such data on any private servers.
2.2 Automatic Backup System: The Application supports data backup via Google Auto Backup, which is operated by Google’s systems under Google’s own security standards and privacy policies.
2.3 Data Export and Import:
Exported files (.zip) are unencrypted. The user is solely responsible for the security of the file and any unauthorized access to the data after export.
The Application uses the SHA-256 system to verify data integrity. If the file structure or internal content of the .zip file is modified, you will be unable to import the data back into the Application. (Renaming the file or moving it to another storage location without modifying the internal content will not affect the data import).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, source code, images, graphics, design, and trademarks within the Application are the exclusive property of the developer. No person may copy, modify, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the developer.
4. Advertising and Subscription System
4.1 Advertising: The Application displays advertisements from Google AdMob and/or other providers in the future, which may use non-personally identifiable information to provide relevant advertisements.
4.2 Premium System: Annual subscriptions to disable advertisements or access additional features (if any) are processed via Google Play Billing. Payment and refund terms are governed solely by the Google Play Store policies.
4.3 Service Changes: The developer reserves the right to improve, add, or limit features in both free and premium versions as appropriate for optimal service performance without prior notice.
5. Personal Data Protection
The developer values your privacy. The Application processes data only as necessary for system functionality. You may review your legal rights and data management details in the Application's "Privacy Policy".
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, property damage, or loss of business opportunity) arising from the use of the Application, its data, or any technical failures.
7. Governing Law and Amendments
7.1 These terms are governed by the applicable laws as determined by the jurisdiction of service.
7.2 The developer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by indicating the latest update date within the Application. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
