1.3 Advertising Identifiers: The application utilizes the Android Advertising ID to analyze and display appropriate advertisements through our advertising networks.

2. Use of Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To ensure the application functions as intended (e.g., displaying Buddhist holy days and saving notes).

• To analyze usage statistics and troubleshoot technical issues (Analytics & Crash Reporting).

• To facilitate automatic data backup via the user's Google account.

• To display relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

• Advertising and Subscription System:

  • Free Version Users: The application will display advertisements and may use the Advertising ID to provide personalized ad content.

  • Premium/Paid Subscription Users: Advertisements will be disabled, and the Advertising ID will not be transmitted for ad personalization purposes during an active subscription period.

3. Third-Party Providers

We utilize external services that adhere to international standards to enhance application efficiency. These providers may have access to certain data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You may learn more via the links below:

• Google Services: Includes AdMob (Advertising), Google Analytics for Firebase (Usage Analysis), Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting), Google Play Billing (Subscriptions & Payments), and Google Auto Backup (Automatic Backup System).

4. Children's Privacy

4.1 This application is not designed to target or attract children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law).

4.2 We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal data to the application (e.g., by saving notes on the device), you may proceed to delete the data immediately following the steps in Section 5.

5. Data Deletion and Privacy Management

Since all data is stored on your device and processed by advertising partners, you can manage your data manually as follows:

5.1 Deleting Local Note Data:

• Go to device Settings > Apps.

• Select "Thailand Buddhist Calendar".

• Select Storage > Clear Data.

• This action will permanently remove all notes and user-recorded data from the device.

5.2 Deleting Advertising ID and Interest Profile:

• Go to device Settings > Google > Ads.

• Select Delete Advertising ID.

• This action will clear the history previously stored by ad systems (AdMob) for ad targeting.

6. Permissions

The application may request access to the following device functions as necessary:

• Storage: To Export and Import backup files (.zip).

• Notifications: To alert you of Buddhist holy days, holidays, and your saved notes.

• Internet: For analytics, subscription verification, and loading advertisements.

7. Backup and Security

7.1 Export Files (.zip): Exported backup files are unencrypted. Users are solely responsible for the security of these files once exported.

7.2 Data Integrity: We utilize the SHA-256 system to verify file integrity during import. If the internal content of the file has been modified, the system will not be able to import the data.

7.3 Data Security: We implement standard security measures at the application level. However, data backed up to Google services or exported files are subject to the security policies of those respective providers and the user's own care.

8. User Rights

You have the right to access or request the deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by deleting your data via the "Clear Data" menu in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. The latest update date will be indicated at the end of this document.
