Help with fees is available:

WINZ subsidies: WINZ subsidies are available to parents/caregivers who qualify. Find out more at:

20 hours free ECE: Colville Bay Pre-School offers 20 Hours Free ECE for 3 to 5 year olds.

Our Fees:

• $6.50 an hour per child

• 3 Hours/Half Day: $19.50

• 6 Hours/Full Day: $39

• 24 Hours/Full week: $156

We also propose :

Optional Fees:

1.  Extra resources for the children such as pillow cases, fabric paint, sunhats 

2.  Excursion/outing expenses such as waterproof suits, ropes, tools.

3.  Baking ingredients and food supplied by Pre-school for morning teas

4.  Extra teaching resources such as our weekly visiting music teacher, & forest school teaching assistant (over and above required adult: child ratios)

• Per Child - $7 per week

• Per Family - $10 per week

Cleaning Fee:

Additionally, we also ask for an end of term koha/donation towards holiday cleaning/ working bee of $20 per family or alternatively parents can come help us for a couple of hours at our term break working bee.

Our schedule of fees is included in the enrolment pack with our payment policies and is displayed in the Centre.

Transport to and from Centre is available if needed:

$10 / day of travel on our Mini-van, Coromandel to Colville Return.

Absences:

Each child can take a holiday without fees being charged during our open days calendar 2 weeks per year, with at least two weeks notice of the intended holiday.
