Welcome to Color Tool – Photo to palette (the “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, including features such as:
Color identification
Palette generation from photos or the device library
Live camera color detection
AI-powered palette generation using Apple Intelligence models
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm you have the legal right and capacity to agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
Use the App in violation of applicable law;
Infringe third-party rights (e.g., by uploading unauthorized content).
Color Identification: Detects colors from photos and real-time camera feed.
Palette Generation: Create palettes from saved or captured images.
AI Suggestions: Uses Apple Intelligence to suggest palettes based on a selected color.
We cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or error-free performance.
The App, its design, features, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not use our branding or materials without permission.
Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
We may update the App with new features, improvements, or bug fixes.
We may also revise these Terms — material changes will be notified (e.g., in-App or on our website). Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, performance, or suitability for specific purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of data, profits, etc.).
Our maximum liability is limited to either the price you paid for the App or €50 (or equivalent).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and applicable European Union consumer protection law.
Disputes should first be addressed informally by contacting us.
If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Ukraine or your country of residence (if consumer law grants you that right).
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.
If one clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
