• Apple Intelligence (AI): If you use AI palette generation, only the color values (e.g. HEX/RGB codes) are processed. We do not store or share your photos.

• Device Information: We may collect limited, non-identifiable data (e.g. app version, device type) for debugging and analytics.

We do not collect location data, contact information, or any personally identifying data unless explicitly provided.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the app’s features (color detection, palette creation, AI suggestions).

• To improve performance and user experience.

• To fix bugs and ensure security.

We never sell your data.

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Images and palettes remain on your device unless you choose to export/share them.
