New Commission:

On May 4 2024, Colonel Adam Lowery had the honor of making his first commission.

We welcome Colonel Carson McInnish to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He is also the newest member of the Kentucky Colonels of Northwest Alabama. Congratulations Colonel Carson, we know you will keep the standards that the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels demand. 

Spring Day of Service March 22 2025:

The Kentucky Colonels of Northwest Alabama used today's Day of Service to donate some items to the Phil Campbell Police Department. We thank you for all you do for the community.

Day of Giving: October 18 2025:

Today we’re participating in Rocket City Broadcasting’s Day of Giving by donating food to help support the Food Bank of North Alabama.

Events like this remind us how powerful our community can be when we come together to help those in need. A small act of kindness — like a can of food — can make a big difference.

Day of Giving: November 7 2025:

We’re proud to share that the Kentucky Colonels of Northwest Alabama joined the Bobcat Babies Food Drive this past week to help families in need this holiday season.

Their goal was to collect 150 food items — and we were honored to help them reach it by donating 150 packs of ramen noodles!

A huge thank-you to Bobcat Babies for inspiring generosity in the next generation and for everything they do to support our community. 

Together, we can make a difference — one act of kindness at a time.

New Commission: November 26 2025:

Today, Col. Brian Sutton had the honor of presenting Wayne Davis with his official Kentucky Colonel commission, the highest title of honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky.

We’re proud to welcome Colonel Davis as the newest member of the Kentucky Colonels of Northwest Alabama! His dedication to community and service makes him an incredible addition to our chapter, and we’re excited to have him join our mission of helping others across our region.
