Descolonizando el Paladar is a series of workshops and educational experiences that promotes the recovery of food knowledge and Caribbean culinary traditions as a practice for strengthening food sovereignty and decolonizing our patterns of consumption.

El Curso Intensivo de Agricultura Viequense is a community-based agricultural education program developed in collaboration with farmers from the Vieques Agricultural Collective. It covers topics such as planting techniques, companion planting, composting, irrigation systems, and other practical knowledge related to the forms of agriculture practiced in Vieques.

Cimarronxs Agrícolas is a program for school-age youth that integrates agroecology, food sovereignty, and collaborative learning. Through hands-on experiences, participants develop agricultural knowledge, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of social and climate justice.

Abejas Reinas is a summer program for Vieques girls ages 12 to 16 that provides a safe, enriching, and transformative space. Through educational, cultural, and community-based experiences, participants strengthen their self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and build the tools to become active agents of change in their communities.
