About Us

Muslim Student Association (MSA) is a national organization open to students of all faiths. Our organization strives to educate students on Islam, promote unity among different faiths and give an informative outlook of Islam that helps to address and eliminate misconceptions of the religion today. Our goal is to provide a platform where students can freely discuss religion and foster interfaith and cultural understanding. Some of the community events and activities we engage in range from volunteering in relief efforts, participate in friendly debates, having cultural food days, and much more.

Additionally, our MSA is actively focused on developing our leadership and professional skills by attending the nationally recognized, Muslim Interscholastic Tournament (MIST). This tournament is a fun, educational, interactive program of competitions and workshops geared towards bringing high school students together from around the nation to develop leadership, communication, and other creative skills - all while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims. The tournaments lasts two to three days, complete with 40+ competitions, engaging workshops, and judges to evaluate student submissions.
