Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payment is non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
Program Participation
Participants are expected to attend all sessions punctually.
Participants are responsible for completing all assigned tasks and homework.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The program may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case efforts will be made to notify participants in advance.
Makeup sessions will be provided at the discretion of the organizer.
Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy.
Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information collected will be kept confidential and used only for program purposes.
Participants’ work, essays, and personal statements will be kept confidential and not shared without permission.
Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the program.
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.
Communication
Communication will primarily be conducted via email or other agreed-upon channels.
Participants are responsible for checking their email regularly for updates and announcements.
Feedback and Evaluation
Participants may be asked to provide feedback and complete evaluations at the end of the program.
Feedback will be used to improve future programs and services.

Termination
The organizer reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment in the program if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Be On Time: Log in a few minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure you are ready to begin promptly.
Stay for the Entire Session: Plan to stay for the full duration of each session to gain the most from the workshop.
2. Participation and Engagement
Active Participation: Engage actively in discussions, activities, and assignments. Your input and questions are valuable.
Stay Focused: Avoid distractions by finding a quiet space and minimizing background noise and interruptions.
Use Video and Audio Appropriately: Keep your video on when possible to foster a sense of community. Mute your microphone when not speaking to reduce background noise.

Respect Others: Be courteous and respectful to your peers, instructors, and guest speakers. Listen attentively when others are speaking and avoid interrupting.
Positive Communication: Use positive and constructive language in all communications. Disparaging comments, inappropriate language, or negative behavior will not be tolerated.

Technical Preparation: Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in and that your internet connection is stable. Test your microphone and camera before the session starts.
Appropriate Use of Chat: Use the chat function for relevant questions and contributions. Avoid side conversations and off-topic comments.
5. Academic Integrity
Honesty: Complete your work honestly and independently. Plagiarism and cheating are unacceptable.
Cite Sources: If you reference materials or ideas that are not your own, provide proper attribution.
