Payment must be made at time of sign up. In the unfortunate event that you pay and can no longer attend, it will NOT be refunded.This must be done since supplies need to be purchased in advance. Sorry to make it so formal, but it would be unfair to have people drop out after I've purchased their supplies or in some cases made personalized stencils. Thank you for understanding!
