It’s the first day of April! 💜 There is a saying that I often hear around this time of the year as we begin to get a bit more rain, “April showers bring May flowers.” 💐
This day is also known as April Fool’s Day! Notice if you felt pleasant or unpleasant as you read the previous sentence, lol. There are some people who enjoy pranking people on this day and if that's you, I wonder what tricks you have in mind for today? If you aren't the pranker, I wonder in what ways you try and figure out the pranks that others may pull, today. Either way, take a moment to smile and my hope is that you have many moments of laughter. 😂
Did you know that laughter is a stress reliever? Yes! Adding a little humor to your day provides a bit more ease. Laughter is also known as a cardiovascular exercise. It has the ability to get our blood flowing, hearts beating stronger, oxygen flowing with a bit more ease and not to mention, it's good exercise for our abdominal muscles! 💪🏾

Play games or attend a comedy show.
