We provide training and consultation about Project ImPACT (Improving Parents as Communication Teachers).
Project ImPACT is an evidence-based naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) that uses a caregiver coaching model to support social communication development in children with social communication delays, including autistic children. In this approach, clinicians partner with caregivers to help them use intervention strategies with their child, focusing on social engagement, communication, imitation, and play skills. Project ImPACT strategies are based in principles of developmental psychology and learning theory/applied behavior analysis (ABA).

We offer Project ImPACT Advanced Courses for groups of clinicians (up to 20 per group). The Advance Course describes how to implement the Project ImPACT intervention and how to use the program materials effectively. This consists of lectures, master video demonstration, role plays, and small group discussion. Tips for implementing Project ImPACT via telehealth are also provided. We offer in-person and virtual advanced courses.
The standard cost of a closed Advanced Course is $7,500 for an agency (up to 20 participants), plus travel costs for the trainer for in-person courses. There is an additional cost of $1,500 per agency (up to 20 participants) for access to the Beginner e-Course that is required to be completed prior to the Advanced Course; the coach and parent manual must be purchased separately for each participant. The Beginner e-Course provides CEUs for BCBAs and SLPs. Please reach out with questions about pricing.

We offer Project ImPACT consultation and certification for clinicians who would like to ensure that they are using Project ImPACT at fidelity. Project ImPACT certification requires 6 months of consultation. Clinicians must complete the Beginner e-Course and Advanced Course prior to consultation. Consultation sessions are delivered remotely using videoconferencing software (Zoom).

The cost of individual consultation is $3,000. This includes 6 one-on-one consultation meetings and review of video submissions for fidelity (3 submissions per provider). If the provider does not achieve fidelity on a given video submission, they may submit additional video for review and consultation at a price of $250 per video until fidelity is achieved.
