Diondra Straiton-Webster, PhD (she/her) is the Founder and Director of Collective Care Psychological Associates. Dr. Straiton-Webster completed her PhD in clinical psychology at Michigan State University, where she trained with Dr. Brooke Ingersoll (co-developer of Project ImPACT). Dr. Straiton-Webster completed her predoctoral internship in clinical psychology on the Child/Developmental Disabilities Track at the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Straiton-Webster has clinical expertise in working with neurodivergent and typically developing youth in under-resourced settings, including implementing caregiver-mediated naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBIs), cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and evidence-based practices in classroom settings. She is an expert in caregiver coaching interventions to address a variety of concerns, including social communication skill development and internalizing disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression). 

Dr. Straiton-Webster has partnered with clinicians and agency leaders in various publicly funded community settings in the United States, Canada, and China. This includes work in the Medicaid system, the community mental health system, the early intervention system, public elementary schools, and hospitals. Dr. Straiton-Webster has trained over 100 clinicians in Project ImPACT Advanced Courses and has worked with over 70 clinicians in group consultation to certify them as Project ImPACT coaches. She enjoys gardening and rollerskating in her free time.
