"Collective teacher efficacy includes the idea that when we believe our students will succeed, they will. But it is more than a belief, it is a belief grounded in concrete evidence. When teachers talk about these beliefs together, they are supporting each other (furthering teacher wellness), all of their students (including those with exceptionalities), and they are doing so explicitly (being mindful). It is an evidence-based belief that we can truly get better together."
