These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Colixo mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;

• Modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any associated services.

3. Your Content

Any drawings, colorings, or other content you create within the App belong to you. Such content is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your content; we are not responsible for any loss of content resulting from deletion or uninstallation of the App.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, illustrations, templates, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (such as Firebase and subscription management providers) which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
