This Privacy Policy explains how Colixo (the "App") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Do Not Collect

Colixo does not require an account and does not have a backend that stores your personal data. Your drawings, colorings, and creative content are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

We use the following third-party services that may collect limited technical and usage information to help us operate and improve the App:

Analytics & Crash Reporting (Firebase, by Google): We collect anonymized usage statistics, device information (such as device model, operating system version, and language), and crash diagnostics. This helps us understand how the App is used and fix problems. This data is not used to personally identify you.
Subscription Management (Apphud): To manage in-app subscriptions and purchases, we process information related to your transactions, such as subscription status, purchase history, and an anonymized device identifier. Payment itself is processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details.

How We Use Information

The information collected is used solely to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the App;
Diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes;
Manage subscriptions and verify purchases;
Understand aggregate usage patterns.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to provide the functions described. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies:

Data Retention

Content you create stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics and subscription data are retained by our service providers in accordance with their respective retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Colixo is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Since the App does not maintain user accounts, you can remove all locally stored data by deleting the App. For requests regarding analytics or subscription data, contact us at the address below.
