I make no claim to be an expert in litrugy, but I've led enough services to know it's useful to have some good resources, preferably in a form that's easily editable or cut-and-paste-able.
My usual source is the Church of England's Common Worship website, which has everything you could ever want - but here are some extracts in easily-printable form for those places, like New Zealand, where you can't just assume these things are familar. Where indeed they have their own Prayer Book, which pre-dates Common Worship.
