All vendors are expected to review and follow these policies. They apply to all Cole’s Center events and programs, regardless of event type, location, vendor category, or length of participation. Participation in any Cole’s Center event constitutes agreement to all applicable vendor policies. Failure to review the policies does not exempt participants from compliance.
