Convergencia Latina is a speaker series celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by featuring Hispanic and Latino mathematicians and highlighting their work, journeys, and contributions to the mathematical sciences. Hispanic Heritage Month, observed each year from September 15 to October 15, honors the histories, cultures, and achievements of Hispanic and Latino communities in the United States. Through these talks, Convergencia Latina creates a space for visibility, connection, and inspiration, while celebrating the richness and diversity of Latino excellence in mathematics.
