1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Coin Vault AI uses artificial intelligence to provide coin identification, grade estimates, and market value estimates. These are informational estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals.
AI grade estimates are not equivalent to grades issued by professional grading services such as PCGS or NGC. Actual grades and market values may differ significantly from AI-generated estimates. You should always consult a qualified numismatic professional before making purchase, sale, or insurance decisions based on coin grades or valuations.
2. Market Data
Metal spot prices and market data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. This information is provided for reference only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing in this App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Coin Vault AI does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any coins or precious metals. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
4. Subscription and In-App Purchases
Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. User Data
Your coin collection data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud when enabled. Photos submitted for AI analysis are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Coin Vault AI and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coin Vault AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App, reliance on AI-generated estimates, or decisions made based on information provided by the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
