The workshop aims to serve as a vibrant hub for interdisciplinary exchange, bringing together researchers and practitioners to collaboratively address the pressing challenges of designing hybrid human-robot and human-agent futures. We welcome participants at all career stages including Master’s students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty members from diverse fields such as robotics, human-robot and human-agent interaction, machine learning, explainable AI (XAI), social and behavioral psychology, cognitive science, neuroscience, interface design, and product development.
In addition to academic researchers, we strongly encourage participation from industry professionals, particularly those working in research and development (R&D), as well as designers, engineers, and other technical staff engaged in the practical deployment of intelligent systems.
We welcome prospective participants to submit either short papers or position papers (2 - max. 4 pages) or
full papers (6 pages).
Please note that the papers will not be included in the RO-MAN 2025 proceedings. However, upon the authors approval, accepted papers will be linked at Papers
