Set-up information: Vendors can begin to assemble at 7 to 7:30. Vendors in booths # 1 to 36 should use the Tower St. entrance, vendors in booths 37 to 62 should use the St. David St. entrance and vendors in Menzies Lane should use the Menzies Lane entrance near just north of the St. David St. Bridge.
Show end at 5pm and as usual, vendors may not take down before 5pm.
A massive help to make this show run smoothly is having volunteers! From managing projects, to simple tasks like decorating, we can always find something that's a great fit for you, plus it would help us out a lot!

If you have any experience running smaller events and taking on a leadership role/taking initiative, PLEASE REACH OUT! Having the show runner manage all the events is very difficult, especially on the day of the show, so if you want to help in a big way, thats the best way to do it!
Helping the Cogs & Clockwork Steampunk Festival counts! If you need some extra volunteer hours fill out our Google form and we will reach out to you to arrange when and what you might be able to help with. This is an excellent creative event for young students in the arts to gather their volunteer hours.
