Please hand out postcards at appropriate events that you are attending before Cogs & Clockwork - Fergus Steampunk Festival
Please display your "I am a vendor at Cogs & Clockwork” card at events you are participating in leading up to Cogs & Clockwork
Thank you for joining us on this epic adventure into the past present and future.
We have a lot planned for 2026 and we are steadily progressing towards making a great event for all involved.
Set-up on Menzies Lane. is from 4am to 6pm on Friday Sept. 11th and vehicles need to be removed as quickly as possible
Set-up on St. Andrew St. is from 7am to 9:45 and vehicles need to be removed as quickly as possible
The show times: Friday September 11th & 12 6pm to 10 pm, (Menzies Lane booths only) September 12th 5pm (St. Andrew St. only)
The show does not provide tables
Tents and limited power supplies are available for rent.
As part of Cogs & Clockwork - Fergus Steampunk Festival advertising posting, re-posting and sharing online content is important, it helps let the public know what's happening!

Some free overnight accommodations will organized for vendors, either through local host artists or tenting locally
Please remember that costumes are mandatory (not that we have to mention it)
You will be sent an update email which will include: a notification of your booth location on the map and the schedule of events for the festival.
