Hello Vendors! This page is for you to quickly access information, if you have questions please reach out to either of our socials or email Cogsandclockworkfestival@gmail.com only. Beware of similar emails or similar social media contacts!
If all of this is new information to you, it probably means you are looking to become a vendor, in which case everything you need is below. Click "Vendor Application" and fill out the form, we look forward to having you!
Please be aware that there are Fraudsters pretending to be event organizers and getting vendors to fill out applications and sending e-transfers. To help mitigate this, our 2027 application will have two factor authenification an will not be avaiable online.
This year we have send both a text, phone call and email to all our 2025 vendors who have not applied for 2026. Please respond to the text you recieved to confrim your application or let us know that you are not coming this year.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate last minute vendors even if they are willing to pay booth fee on the day of the show. You will be turned away at the enterances. This is due to township regualtions and insurance coverage.
Festivals are also not able to report fraud on your behalf so please respond to the text or email you recieved from cogsandclockworkfestival@gmail.com.
