The COGPOV research project
Feeling economically deprived goes beyond a mere lack money. Understanding and capturing the complexity of the psychological experience of lacking money is one of our challenge.
We investigate how deep the experience of money deprivation may impact individuals' cognitive and attentional system.
Having troubles to make ends meet and juggling with expenses constraint individuals in their financial decision-making. How do they deal with it?
Income inequality levels rise in many countries. What is the psychological impact of feeling economically deprived while knowing that some others are much more economically comfortable?
