Description
Focus is on using tech with care to create more inclusive, empathetic, and solution-oriented spaces. To raise awareness about the psychological and gender-related impacts of technology, while also developing actionable, problem-focused solutions through surveys and other tools.
Digital Detox
To understand the patterns of technology addiction among different genders and create awareness.
Activities
1) Technology and Me: Attendees will write their stories on sticky notes and post them on the story wall with just mentioning their gender (F/M). Volunteers will engage in conversations about these stories to foster a sense of connection and shared experience.
2) Digital Detox: Visitors will be invited to fill out a brief assessment form at the stall. The responses will be categorized by gender to analyze trends. Volunteers will assist participants in completing the forms and answer any questions they might have.
3) Oath Board Activity: #TechWithCare: Participants with take a pledge and mark on the chart with thumb put in the paint and interested can take a selfie or picture and post it on social media with a hashtag #techwithcare.
4) Mindful Move: Mindfulness with Technology: Participants will be experiencing 3 to 4 minutes of mindfulness techniques available online.
