COFFEE MUG NET PREAMBLE FOR NCS'S
CQ...CQ...CQ...QST...QST...QST...CALLING ALL COFFEE MUG NET MEMBERS
This is (call sign ), your net control station this morning for 'The Coffee Mug Net'.
My name is (________) and I am located in (city & state). This net meets every Saturday at 9am, local time (1700 UTC standard time or 1600 UTC DST) on 7185 kHz +/- QRM. Those interested in following along with the check-ins or wish to learn more about our group may do so by using the Yahoo.com search engine and searching for CoffeeMugNet2024.
This is a formal net consisting of two sessions: A member roster roll call session followed by a round table session.
Visitors are welcome to check in when requested to do so by the NCS; usually at the end of the roll call session.
During initial roll call/check in members are requested to state whether they plan to participate in the 'round table' session or wish to be an 'in and out' check in. Please hold all other comments until your turn during the 'round table' session of the net.
Before we get started is there any emergency or priority traffic for the Net?

Hearing none we will commence with roll call.

Our official CMN spreadsheet creator (Charles Ahlgren KW6G) has completed the 2022 spreadsheet and three ways to get a copy are available.
Request a copy in either standard Excel or PDF format from either me (K2AMF@ARRL.NET ) or Charles at KW6G@ARRL.NET and we will send you a copy in the format you request via EMAIL.

These are blank spreadsheets you can use to download and print out. The idea is you might want to keep a copy and fill it out each Saturday to follow along.
Special instructions if you download the MS or OpenOffice file. Once you have it on your computer screen you can select the document format you wish to use. Note the graphic below. (Click edit on the line under the document title and then Download.
If you download the PDF version from here then you probably would need to user your PDF viewing program to adjust size and orientation and then set your printer configuration to print it the way you want.

Joe (N6TCO) told the group about a company who offers insurance policies for Ham Radio Stations and equipment.
