Collect Student Registration Form and payment from families
Collect the Chaperone Form
Complete Online CEASC Registration- via Google Form (including Additional Singer Requests)
Pay the Registration Fee invoice online via credit card
October 20th, 2025 Choir Assignments, Music links, and Practice Tracks sent out. (possibly sooner-stay tuned) Additional singer requests confirmed or denied
Order Choir Packets from JW Pepper after Choir Assignments are released on Monday, October 20th (if not earlier)
Practice the music diligently with your students!
November 3rd, 2025 Registration and Payment for Additional Singers Due
Tickets are available via the CMEA Website online. Preferred Seating is Available for $30.00
January 12, 2026 Communicate the chaperone guidelines and confirm chaperones
January 31, 2026 Colorado Elementary All-State Choir Rehearsal and Concert!
