Registration Instructions

CEASC 2027

Registration is open from September 1st- October 9th, 2026.

1. Teachers may  select 8 singers based on the following criteria:

   1. Participation in a school ensemble, ability to match pitch, ability to sing in 2 part harmony, and excellent  rehearsal behavior.

2. Families/students fill out the Student Registration Form 

   1. Signature forms 

   2. Student Emergency Contact information, allergies, and t-shirt size

   3. Chaperone Interest

   4. At this time the teacher will collect the $55.00 registration fee.

3. Register your school and selected singers by Friday, October 9th, 2026

   1. Student Registration- via Google Form

   2. Changes in singers should be made using the unique “Edit My Response” link sent in your Google form confirmation email. Changes to  t-shirt sizes will not be accepted after November 1st.

   3. Chaperone information will be collected at this time, though changes will be allowed through January 13th. 

4. Pay the Registration  fee  invoice through the CMEA online portal. Credit card encouraged. This will be the participation fee only. Due on October 9th with Registration.

Choir assignments, music, and practice tracks will be sent no later than 

 Monday, October 12th

CEASC is an elite musical experience, and preparation of your singers is crucial to our success. Please ensure that your singers are well-prepared and memorized on the day of the event.
