1. INTRODUCTION & ZERO-SALE PRIVACY COMMITMENT

Little Chihuahua Labs ("we", "our", or "LCLabs") respects your privacy. This

mobile application and its associated web interfaces ("the Application").

NetPulse Pro is built from the ground up as a professional network diagnostic,

engineering, and telemetry suite. We operate under a strict Zero-Sale and

Privacy-First commitment:

- We DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information, diagnostic

scans, or network configurations to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

- We DO NOT embed tracking SDKs, behavioral profile trackers, or third-party

ad networks in the Application.

2. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APPLICATION

NetPulse Pro functions primarily as an on-device network engineering tool. The

data it processes is evaluated locally in memory or stored in private on-device

sandboxes:

a) Local Network Telemetry:

When executing diagnostic routines (e.g., ping, traceroute, port discovery, subnet

mapping, and Wi-Fi spectrum checks), the Application inspects your device's

assigned IP addresses (IPv4/IPv6), subnet masks, gateway routes, DNS servers,

round-trip latency (RTT), Wi-Fi SSIDs/BSSIDs, signal strength (RSSI), and link

speeds. This diagnostic data is processed on-device and is never automatically

transmitted to any centralized repository.

b) Physical Sensors (Bluetooth LE & Camera):

- Bluetooth Low Energy: Used exclusively within the Bluetooth Diagnostic Scanner

to discover nearby BLE beacons and IoT sensors.

- Camera: Used exclusively for the optional Augmented Reality (AR) spatial

visualizer to overlay access point signal vectors in physical space. Camera

frames are processed live in GPU memory and are NEVER recorded, stored, or

uploaded.

c) Client Privacy Shield:

NetPulse Pro includes a built-in "Privacy Shield" feature. When enabled, the

Application masks hardware MAC addresses (OUIs) and public IP addresses on the

user interface to prevent accidental disclosure during screenshots, demonstrations,

or remote troubleshooting sessions.

3. OPTIONAL CLOUD & AI DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES

If you choose to use optional server-side utilities (such as public DNS lookup,

TLS certificate inspection, WHOIS query proxies, or Gemini-assisted diagnostic

reasoning):

- Only the specific target hostname or metric you submit (e.g., "example.com" or

test packet counts) is transmitted over encrypted TLS (HTTPS) connections to

perform the requested lookup.

- Queries are stateless, are not tied to your personal identity, and are never

used to train public machine learning models.

4. ANDROID PERMISSIONS & JUSTIFICATION

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, NetPulse Pro requests only

permissions necessary to provide core networking capabilities:

- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to establish diagnostic sockets,

measure round-trip latency, perform reachability checks, and test bandwidth.

- ACCESS_WIFI_STATE & NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES: Required to query Wi-Fi link speed,

frequency channels (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz), and signal attenuation (RSSI).

- BLUETOOTH_SCAN & BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Required exclusively when invoking the BLE

diagnostic scanner to inspect nearby IoT equipment. (Flagged with

"neverForLocation").

- CAMERA: Required exclusively for the optional AR spatial network visualizer.

5. DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND DELETION

All network topologies, packet capture buffers, latency baselines, and custom

notes remain under your complete control in your device's local storage (e.g.,

IndexedDB / local storage).

You may purge or reset all stored data at any time directly through the

Application settings or by clearing the application cache and storage via your

device's operating system settings.

6. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE & PAYMENTS

- Google Play In-App Billing: Optional subscriptions and pro license tiers are

handled directly and securely by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or

store credit card or banking information.

- Cloud Run Proxy Infrastructure: Self-hosted proxy microservices (for external

WHOIS, DNS-over-HTTPS, and SSL validation) process ephemeral queries strictly

over encrypted HTTPS and log no personal identifiers.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

NetPulse Pro is intended for IT professionals, network engineers, system

administrators, and technology enthusiasts. It is not intended for or directed

to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal

information from children.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or

regulatory changes. Any revisions will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated"

date at the top of this document and will be immediately accessible within the

Application and at its web endpoint.
