Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Chihuahua Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the MarketBridge mobile app and website (the "App"). MarketBridge helps sellers create product listings and keep stock in sync across Shopify, eBay, Facebook & Instagram Shops (Meta) and Whatnot.

Information We Collect
Information you enter • Store details: store name and the name/email you add to your store profile. • Product information: titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, stock quantities and product photos.
Marketplace connection information • When you connect a marketplace, we receive and store the access tokens needed to act on your behalf, together with your seller account ID or username and store address (for example your-store.myshopify.com or your Facebook Catalog ID). • We only request the permissions needed to list items, update stock and read sales.
Sales information • When an item sells on a connected marketplace, we receive the order ID, item SKU and quantity sold so stock can be updated everywhere. • We do not store buyer names, addresses, emails, phone numbers or payment details.
Photos • Photos you take with your camera or choose from your gallery are uploaded to our server so marketplaces can display them. Photo links are accessible to anyone who has the link, because marketplaces must be able to load them. • The App opens your camera or gallery only when you tap to add a photo.
Device and sync information • To sync your data between your device and our server, the App creates a random device ID and secret key. These are not linked to your name, phone number or advertising ID.
Purchases • Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive the purchase token, product ID and purchase status to unlock your plan. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
Information we do NOT collect • No location, contacts, microphone, call logs or SMS. • No advertising ID, no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.
How We Use Information
We use information only to provide the App's features: • Create, update and remove your listings on the marketplaces you connect. • Keep stock in sync and prevent overselling when an item sells on any channel. • Show your sales and stock activity in the App. • Verify Google Play purchases and unlock paid plans. • Keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising or marketing.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the features you choose: • Marketplaces you connect (Shopify, eBay, Meta – Facebook & Instagram, Whatnot): product details, photos, prices and stock levels are sent to them when you list or sync items. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. • Google Play: to process and verify subscriptions. • Google Cloud: our servers and stored data are hosted on Google Cloud. • Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
We do not share information with data brokers or advertisers.
Data Storage and Security
• Your data is stored on your device and, for syncing, on our servers hosted by Google Cloud. • Data synced to our servers, including marketplace access tokens, is encrypted (AES-256). • All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. • Every marketplace request we receive is checked with that marketplace's signature before it is accepted. • No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Data Retention
• We keep your information while you use the App and your marketplaces are connected. • When you disconnect a marketplace in the App, MarketBridge stops using its access token. To have tokens erased from our servers, send a deletion request (see section 6). • When you uninstall MarketBridge from your Shopify store, Shopify notifies us and we erase that store's connection data within 48 hours of the notice. • Sales records kept for stock syncing contain only order IDs, SKUs and quantities.
Your Choices and Rights
• Access and edit: you can view and change your store and product information in the App at any time. • Disconnect: you can disconnect any marketplace in the App, or remove MarketBridge from the marketplace's own settings (for example Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Shopify Admin → Apps). • Delete your data: email appstorecontact007@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request – MarketBridge" and include your store name or connected store address. We will delete your synced data, access tokens and uploaded photos within 30 days and confirm by email. • Device data: uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its use. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children's Privacy
MarketBridge is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Users
Our servers are located in the United States. By using the App, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the App.

You are currently working in a dev (or preview) environment.
Once you make decent progress, you can deploy your app in production and generate iOS and Android builds: Click on publish (visible on right-top of the screen) → Deploy your app → Generate iOS and Android builds.
The app preview in the browser takes 20-30 seconds to refresh.
To view the app on mobile, scan the QR code beside the preview panel — this redirects you to the Expo Go app where you can test your app.
However, some native features like notifications, audio, camera can only be tested on real devices after you deploy and generate a build.
