Spring 2020 Flex Schedule

On behalf of the Faculty Development Committee, I welcome you to the Spring 2020 Flex. Welcome back. We hope that your break has left you refreshed and ready to take on the spring semester. On the next page you will find the schedule embedded. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom to see every great workshop!

Our schedule this spring encompasses just a few days:

• Monday will kick off with Kurt Leuschner leading his traditional hike.
• Thursday at Palm Desert is devoted to sessions to help you learn about the college and the many different initiatives and services that are happening here. Be sure to stop in to the newly renovated Hilb Library and get a tour from one the helpful folks from the bond office! Tours begin Thursday at 8:30 am and leave from the main entrance every 1/2 an hour until 10:00 am.
• Friday the sessions are geared to teaching and learning. Check out the Program Showcases in the Pollock Theatre in the morning to see what great innovations your colleagues have been up to and then join in one of the fun sessions in the afternoon.
