UX Scorecard

This is how UI/UX Projects are evaluated.

Submission content

Each submission must contain the following, if these are not included, the submission is not considered in the review.

1. Video walkthrough of the design page to page (like a prototype walkthrough with navigating through the links explaining the user journey)

2. Source files of the submission (.fig, .xd, etc) if Figma design, please download the file and add it to the submission

3. Screenshots of the submission pages, each page exported as JPG or PNG, example: (Home.png, About.png, etc)

4. Licenses.txt a file containing links to all third-party assets (fonts, stock images, icons)  you used in the design. Check the quest to make sure which third-party assets are allowed.

All files should be zipped in 1 file called username_submission.zip, and uploaded in the submission form.

Scoring

Total score is 200 points. A submission must score 160 points to be considered for a cash prize. Highest score above the minimum required score wins the first place, then the second, etc.

Completeness [90 points]

4. • Can the user perform all the tasks (User Stories/User Journeys) defined in the project?  [45 points / Pages Count]

   • Are all the design use cases satisfied? can the visitor find the information easily based on the requirements? [45 points / Use cases count]

Flexibility [20 points]

• Design is friendly to multiple device types and responsive design

Engagement and Usability Testing [90 points]

We use SUPR-Q (Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire) to evaluate the User Experience quality of your design, to balance the score, we ask every contestant to ask his own community (designer friends, family, etc) to evaluate their design (as a simple form of User Testing)  https://forms.gle/zHjNb4pSVucSKbU1A

   • Voting by 5 of your community [45 points] 

Allowed Third Party Assets

Unless explicitly declared in the quest project page by the client, you can only use Free, Open Source or Creative Commons licensed designs. Examples:

1. Font Awesome Free

2. Adobe Stock (included with Adobe Licenses)

Tracing or Copying existing designs is prohibited, and all designs are screened for copyright infringement.
