We currently offer local delivery within the Austin, TX area for Coco’s Chill Pops to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled.
Shipping Options:
Non-frozen items (like merch or accessories) can be shipped anywhere within the United States.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for delivery or shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
📦 Returns, Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or your expected delivery date at hello@cocoschillspot.com
We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your order after reviewing the issue.
