At Coco’s Chill Spot, your satisfaction means the world to us! While most of our products are made fresh and perishable, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
❄️ Damages & Issues
Because we offer frozen and perishable products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.
If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at hello@cocoschillspot.com with your order details and photos if applicable.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item after review.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
All frozen treats and perishable items are non-returnable.
Custom event orders and services are also non-refundable once confirmed.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges for Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items (such as merch or accessories):
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you may place a new order once your return is processed.
