We fine-grained the major problems into multiple subproblems today and attempted to discover unique solutions. Everyone sat in a circle and given five minutes to find solutions to several problems. We discovered 30 different ways of solving the difficulties we stated. It was a fascinating experience that helped me gain a deeper insight.

Today we had to choose 4 or 5 points from the profusion of points we had written during the previous week's meeting. We had a discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of certain topics. We also had a really fruitful conversation with sir, in which we talked about students indulging in drugs. This conversation made me comprehend how others were feeling and the mental health difficulties they were dealing with. We were able to come up with three excellent answers for each difficulty that people experienced at the end of the conversation. Then we decided to create a statistical sheet that shows the two primary end results: the difficulty and the improvement in the issues. I'm grateful for the chat I had with my teammates because it helped me understand people better.

Today I had to root down to the best solutions to the problems from the pool of solutions which we researched. My group and I discussed for each and every solution for the problems we had and ranked the solutions. After ranking the solutions we decided to choose the top 3 solutions for each problem and discuss and decide the cost coefficient, time coefficient and the difficulty coefficient ( this rating is based on the difficulty for the human to follow or bring up the change in his life). We chose the rating or the grade scale of 0 to 5 and rated all the 3 coefficients for all the selected solutions and took the average to get a good understanding of the difficult to execute the problem. We also gave a rating to how helpful the solution will be if the solutions are implemented. So in the end today My group and I have derived a statistical sheet with tables which shows the 2 main end results those are the difficulty and the positive change to the problems.

Today we classified the problems and solutions into different categories based on :
Difficulty in Implementation
Time it takes
Cost
How helpful is it ?
We applied the mean of the scores to evaluate the final score for a given solution using these categories and ranking them from 0 to 5.
We then divided them into three groups based on how they were implemented: hardware, software, and support.
Later, we tried to determine the difficulty of implementing each of them based on the style of implementation. We also investigated combining a few of the methods to handle multiple problems. We decided to publish a book after much deliberation since it would allow the person to become more involved and spend quality time away from all the distractions in order to address their problem. This exercise helped me grasp how to classify various items in an efficient and effective manner.

Today we finished our book prototype. The numerous aspects of book authoring were fascinating to learn about. Along the way, we discovered lots of new domains to explore, and we enhanced the book to make it more enjoyable to read. We believe that our book will be beneficial to people suffering from mental illnesses. It was a wonderful experience. This has aided me in gaining an understanding of how to create a book or article so that the reader enjoys reading it.

Today we took reviews of our prototype. We displayed our prototype near the media lab corridor and asked the people to review it. For the initial reviews we told them that it was a mental health hand book and they were pretty impressed with the presentation. Later on, we just asked them what the book was and most of them named it as a mental health: self help book. Most of them could guess what the book was correctly. The students were interested to see the fill in yourself pages in the book and were quite impressed. They pointed out that, these type of fill it yourself pages keep the user engaged and keep the book interactive. We are happy as a team to make the book " Be kind to your mind", which was appreciated by many.
