This App is created for information, community updates, public awareness, satire, political commentary, entertainment, quiz participation, ranking/leaderboard experience, digital content, website links, social media links, Instagram WebView/Reels links, and related community-based content.

The App may include content related to public movements, social issues, youth-related topics, satire, public information, entertainment, quiz questions, ranking system, public Instagram links, and online discussions.

This App does not represent any government authority, Election Commission, public office, legal authority, official political party, official TV show, official KBC program, official Instagram/Meta service, or public institution unless clearly stated with proper authorization.

3. OFFICIAL STATUS DISCLAIMER

Unless clearly stated with proper permission, this App should be treated as an independent information, entertainment, satire, and community app.

If the App uses any third-party name, logo, social media link, website link, public movement name, brand name, Instagram link, video link, public content, or organization-related content, it is used for information, entertainment, commentary, reference, community purposes, or with permission where applicable.

Any official status, official branding, logo, name, or related content will be used only with permission from the concerned owner, founder, creator, team, brand, or organization.

The developer does not claim ownership of third-party names, logos, trademarks, posts, videos, Instagram content, social media content, or external website content unless specifically owned by the developer.

Users must use the App responsibly, respectfully, and legally.

Users agree not to use the App for:

6. POLITICAL / SATIRE / COMMENTARY DISCLAIMER

This App may include satire, social commentary, political commentary, public movement-related content, youth-related issues, public awareness material, entertainment content, and public discussion content.

7. INSTAGRAM WEBVIEW / REELS CONTENT

The App may display Instagram Reels, posts, videos, or related content through public Instagram links using WebView or embed-style viewing.

We do not download, copy, store, re-upload, modify, or host Instagram videos on our own server.

All Instagram content, including reels, posts, videos, images, logos, names, trademarks, captions, and related materials, belongs to their respective owners, creators, or Instagram/Meta.

Our App only provides a way to view publicly available Instagram links inside the App using WebView or external link viewing.

If any Instagram Reel/Post is deleted, made private, restricted, blocked, removed, or the link becomes invalid, that content may not be available inside the App. We are not responsible for unavailable, deleted, restricted, broken, or removed Instagram content.

If any content owner, creator, or authorized person has an issue with any Instagram link displayed in the App, they may contact us at gmahantinfo@gmail.com. After proper review and verification, we may remove the related link from the App.

8. KBC-STYLE QUIZ FEATURE

The App may include a KBC-style quiz format for entertainment, learning, general knowledge, and user engagement purposes.

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any TV show, channel, company, official KBC program, production house, broadcaster, or brand owner.

Quiz questions, answers, options, scores, points, results, and explanations are provided for entertainment and general knowledge purposes.

We try to provide correct and useful quiz content, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, score, result, or explanation will always be fully accurate, complete, or error-free.

The developer reserves the right to add, remove, edit, correct, or update quiz questions, answers, points, rules, and results at any time.

9. RANKING / LEADERBOARD SYSTEM

The App may include a ranking or leaderboard system based on quiz score, points, participation, activity, or other app-based performance.

The ranking system is used only for entertainment, competition, and user engagement inside the App.

Users may be asked to enter their name for quiz participation and leaderboard display. The user’s name may be shown with their score, points, rank, or leaderboard position.

Users agree not to enter abusive, offensive, fake, misleading, hateful, illegal, impersonating, or inappropriate names.

Rank, score, or points may change from time to time due to:

- Technical issues

- Internet or server errors

- Duplicate entries

- Admin review

- Suspicious or unfair activity

If any fake, abusive, suspicious, duplicate, automated, bot-based, or unfair activity is found, we reserve the right to remove, reset, modify, block, or delete the related score, points, name, or rank without prior notice.

10. USER NAME AND QUIZ DATA

For quiz and ranking features, the App may ask users to enter only their name.

The name may be used to display quiz participation, score, points, rank, leaderboard position, or winner list inside the App.

The App does not require users to create an account or login.

For these features, the App does not collect mobile number, email address, home address, Aadhaar number, password, payment details, contacts, photos, videos, call logs, SMS, precise location, bank details, KYC documents, or sensitive personal information.

11. EXTERNAL LINKS

The App may contain links to external websites and social media platforms such as:

- Official websites

- Instagram

- YouTube

- X/Twitter

- Telegram

- News websites

- Blog links

- Other public links

When users open external links, Instagram WebView, or third-party websites, they may access third-party content outside the direct control of the App.

We are not responsible for:

- External website content

- Instagram content

- Third-party privacy policies

- Third-party terms

- Broken links

- Changes made by external websites

- Removed or deleted content

- Any loss or issue caused by third-party websites or platforms

Users should review the privacy policy and terms of any external website or platform they visit.

12. ADVERTISEMENTS

This App may show advertisements using Google AdMob or other trusted ad networks.

Ads help support the App and keep it available for users.

Users agree that:

Currently, this App does not include payment, donation, paid membership, paid subscription, withdrawal, wallet, KYC, or money collection features.

If any payment-related, reward-related, wallet-related, withdrawal-related, or donation-related feature is added in the future, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be updated before such feature is enabled.

Users should not send money to anyone claiming to represent this App unless an official and verified payment system is provided.

14. USER DATA AND PRIVACY

The App currently does not require user account creation or login.

For quiz and ranking features, the App may ask users to enter only their name.

Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase may process limited technical data for ads, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, notifications, app performance, quiz content management, ranking system, and backend functionality.

15. DATA DELETION

Since the App currently does not provide login or account creation, there is no user account deletion option at this time.

If a user wants their name, quiz score, ranking data, or any applicable user-submitted data to be removed, they may request deletion by contacting:

Please include your name, details of the data you want removed, and screenshot/proof if needed.

Applicable user-submitted data will normally be deleted within 30 to 90 days after it is no longer required or after a valid deletion request, unless retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, technical, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

16. APP PERMISSIONS

The App may request only necessary permissions required for app functionality.

Possible permissions may include:

- Internet access

- Network state access

- Notification permission, if enabled by the user

These permissions may be used to load app content, ads, Instagram WebView/Reels, quiz content, ranking data, external links, and updates.

The App does not request unnecessary sensitive permissions such as contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, or precise location unless a future feature clearly requires it and user permission is obtained.

17. NOTIFICATIONS

The App may send push notifications related to updates, announcements, new content, quiz updates, ranking updates, result updates, or important information.

Users can turn off notifications anytime from their device settings.

We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All app design, layout, structure, code, text, graphics, and content created by the developer are owned by the developer or used with permission.

Third-party names, logos, brand marks, social media content, Instagram content, website content, images, videos, articles, quiz references, and links belong to their respective owners.

Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or misuse any content from the App without permission.

19. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are strictly prohibited from:

- Reverse engineering the App

- Hacking or attempting to access backend systems

- Misusing APIs or servers

However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, updated, or fully secure.

The App may be unavailable or some features may not work due to:

- Server issues

- Internet problems

- Technical errors

- Maintenance

- Third-party service issues

- Instagram link restrictions

- Removed external content

- Firebase or backend issues

- Google AdMob issues

- Updates or changes

21. UPDATES AND CHANGES

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, including quiz, ranking, leaderboard, Instagram WebView/Reels, external links, ads, notifications, and app content.

We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top.

Continued use of the App after changes means that users accept the updated Terms.

22. TERMINATION OF USE

We may restrict, block, suspend, remove, or terminate access to the App or any feature if a user violates these Terms, misuses the App, performs illegal activity, manipulates quiz/ranking data, creates fake entries, abuses app features, or creates harm to the App, developer, third-party services, or other users.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for:

- App errors or downtime

- Incorrect or outdated information

- Quiz score or ranking errors

- Lost score, points, or rank

- Leaderboard issues

- Removed or deleted third-party content
