This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (“App”) handles user privacy, data, advertisements, third-party services, quiz features, ranking system, Instagram WebView/Reels content, external links, and data deletion requests.

This App is developed and managed by Gaurav Mahant under the developer brand Sky labs GM.

1. PURPOSE OF THE APP

This App is created for information, community updates, public awareness, satire, political commentary, entertainment, quiz participation, ranking/leaderboard experience, website links, social media links, and related digital content.

The App does not represent any government authority, Election Commission, public institution, official political party, official TV show, or official brand unless clearly stated with proper authorization.

If the App uses any third-party name, logo, website link, public movement name, social media link, public Instagram link, or publicly available content, it is used only for information, entertainment, community, commentary, or reference purposes, or with permission where applicable.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We do not require users to create an account or login to use the App.

For the newly added quiz and ranking features, the App may ask users to enter only their name. This name may be used to display quiz participation, score, points, rank, leaderboard position, or winner list inside the App.

For these features, we do not collect:

- Mobile number

- Email address

- Home address

- Aadhaar number

- Password

- Payment details

- Contacts

- Photos

- Videos

- Call logs

- SMS

- Precise location

- Bank details

- KYC documents

- Sensitive personal information

The App currently does not include account creation, payment, donation, paid membership, withdrawal, or KYC system.

If any form, login, membership, contact, payment, account, or identity verification feature is added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly inform users before collecting such data.

3. HOW WE USE USER NAME

If a user enters their name in the quiz or ranking feature, we may use that name only for app-related purposes, such as:

- Showing quiz participation

- Displaying score

- Displaying points

- Displaying rank

- Showing leaderboard position

- Showing result/winner list

- Preventing duplicate or unfair quiz activity

- Improving quiz and ranking experience

4. KBC-STYLE QUIZ FEATURE

The quiz feature in this App is created only for entertainment, learning, general knowledge, and user engagement purposes.

The App may include a KBC-style quiz format, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any TV show, channel, company, official KBC program, production house, or brand owner.

Questions, answers, scores, points, and results shown in the quiz are provided for entertainment and general knowledge purposes. We try to provide correct and useful content, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, score, or result will always be completely error-free.

Quiz results, points, or rankings may change due to technical updates, server updates, admin corrections, suspicious activity checks, or app improvements.

5. RANKING / LEADERBOARD SYSTEM

The App may show user ranking based on quiz score, points, participation, activity, or other app-based performance.

The ranking system is used only for entertainment, competition, and user engagement inside the App.

The user’s name may be displayed with their score, points, rank, or leaderboard position. We do not publicly display mobile numbers, email addresses, location, payment details, or sensitive personal data.

Rank, score, or points may change from time to time due to:

- Quiz result updates

- Technical issues

- Internet or server errors

- Duplicate entries

- Admin review

- App updates

- Suspicious or unfair activity

- Bug fixes

- Policy or feature changes

If any fake, abusive, suspicious, duplicate, automated, bot-based, or unfair activity is found, we reserve the right to remove, reset, modify, or block the related score, points, name, or rank.

6. INSTAGRAM WEBVIEW / REELS VIDEO FEATURE

The App may display Instagram Reels, posts, or videos through public Instagram links using WebView or embed-style viewing.

We do not download, copy, store, re-upload, modify, or host Instagram videos on our own server.

All Instagram content, including reels, posts, videos, images, logos, names, trademarks, and related materials, belongs to their respective owners, creators, or Instagram/Meta.

Our App only provides a way to view publicly available Instagram links inside the App using WebView or external link viewing.

If any Instagram Reel/Post is deleted, made private, restricted, blocked, removed, or the link becomes invalid, that content may not be available inside the App. We are not responsible for unavailable, deleted, restricted, or removed Instagram content.

If any content owner, creator, or authorized person has an issue with any Instagram link displayed in the App, they may contact us at gmahantinfo@gmail.com. After proper review and verification, we may remove the related link from the App.

7. AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Although we directly collect only the user’s name for quiz/ranking features, the App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, or similar trusted services.

These third-party services may automatically collect or process limited technical data for advertisements, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, app performance, security, and service improvement.

Such data may include:

- Advertising ID

- App activity

- App interactions

- Crash logs

- Diagnostic information

This helps us:

- Fix crashes

- Manage leaderboard/ranking data

- Send app notifications, if enabled

- Manage app settings

- Improve user experience

10. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The App may send push notifications for updates, announcements, new content, quiz updates, ranking updates, result updates, or important information.

Users can disable notifications anytime from their device settings.

We do not use push notifications to collect personal data.

11. APP PERMISSIONS

The App requests only necessary permissions required for proper functioning.

Possible permissions may include:

- Internet access: to load website links, app content, ads, Instagram WebView/Reels, quiz content, ranking data, and updates

- Network state: to check internet connection

The App does not request unnecessary sensitive permissions such as contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, or precise location unless a future feature clearly requires it and the user gives permission.

12. DATA SHARING

We do not sell user data.

We do not manually share user personal information with advertisers, political parties, private companies, or unauthorized third parties.

The user’s name used in quiz or ranking features may be displayed inside the App as part of the leaderboard, score, result, or ranking system.

Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase may process limited technical data as explained in this Privacy Policy.

Data may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, government request, policy compliance, fraud prevention, security protection, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the App, and the developer.

13. DATA RETENTION

The App does not require account creation and does not collect login-based personal account data.

If a user enters their name for quiz or ranking features, that name and related quiz/ranking data may be stored as long as needed to provide the quiz, leaderboard, ranking, result, or app experience.

If the data is no longer required, or if the user requests deletion, applicable data may be deleted within a reasonable time.

Normally, applicable user-submitted data will be deleted within 30 to 90 days after it is no longer required, unless retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, technical, backup, or compliance reasons.

Technical data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase may be retained according to their own policies.

14. DATA DELETION REQUEST

If you believe that any personal information related to you has been collected, stored, or submitted through the App, you can request deletion of that data.

15. ACCOUNT DELETION

This App currently does not provide account creation or login.

Therefore, there is no in-app account deletion option at this time.

If account creation is added in the future, we will provide:

16. USER CHOICES

Users can:

- Uninstall the App anytime

- Avoid entering their name in quiz/ranking features if they do not want to participate

- Disable notifications from device settings

- Reset or limit Advertising ID from device settings

- Control ad personalization from Google settings

- Contact us for privacy or data deletion requests

- Avoid opening external links if they do not want to visit third-party websites

- Avoid opening Instagram WebView/Reels if they do not want to view Instagram content

17. EXTERNAL LINKS

The App may contain links to external websites and social media platforms such as:

- YouTube

- X/Twitter

- Telegram

- News or media links

- Blog links

- Other public web links

When users open external links, Instagram WebView, or third-party websites, they are subject to the privacy policy and terms of those third-party websites, apps, or platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, policies, or availability of external websites, Instagram content, social media platforms, or third-party services.

18. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This App is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The quiz feature is intended for general entertainment and learning purposes. If a child uses the App, it should be under the guidance of a parent or guardian where applicable.

We use trusted services such as Google AdMob and Firebase.

20. POLITICAL / SATIRE / INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

This App may contain public information, satire, social commentary, political commentary, public movement-related content, entertainment content, quiz content, community updates, Instagram links, and external links.

The App does not claim to represent any government body, Election Commission, public institution, official political party, official TV show, official KBC program, official Instagram/Meta service, or official authority.

If any organization, movement, founder, logo, brand name, public link, or public content is used, it is used for information, community, commentary, entertainment, reference purposes, or with permission where applicable.

Any official status, branding, logo, name, or related content will be used only with proper permission from the concerned owner, founder, creator, or team.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
