Duration

Minimum hire period– 4 hours*

This can be reduced for block bookings, get in touch if you are interested in booking out multiple events.

Weekend Hire

If you are running workshops for two consecutive days, it may be helpful to block book the space for the whole weekend. Please get in touch if you are interested in booking out additional hours.

Building Access

Please note that venue access is available only during your booked hire period. If you would like extra time before or after your event for set-up or clear-down, just let us know and we'll be happy to arrange an extended booking where possible. 

Decorating/Using our Space

Please let us know what decorations you intend to display. We do not allow any nails/screws or permanent fixings to be added to our venue space walls. The client is responsible for removing decorations and equipment. 

Please use table coverings if applicable to your activity, to ensure tables are not marked or damaged.

Cleaning

Clients are responsible for leaving the venue clean and tidy following their event, returning the space to its original condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the venue is not left in a satisfactory state. 

Out-of-hours policy

Some of our venue spaces are situated within residential communities, so we ask all clients to be mindful of local residents and keep noise levels to a minimum. 

Music may be played during your booking; however, it must be switched off by 9:00 pm. 

All clients are responsible for their attendees throughout the duration of their event.

Overrunning Your Hire Period

Please ensure your event, including any set-up and clear-down activities, is completed within your agreed hire period. If your booking exceeds the allocated time, additional charges may apply. 

Overtime fees will be charged at the applicable venue hire rate and are subject to venue availability.

Payments & Cancellation

Payments are to be made in full at least 14 days prior to the hire.

In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days before hire, a full refund will be provided. 

For cancellations made less than 14 days before hire, no refund will be provided.

Parking

We do not have parking available at either venue space.
