How to Book

We use the booking platform You Can Book Me for all hires. Follow these steps to complete your booking:

• Click the link/or scan the QR code for the space you would like to hire.

• You will be directed to the You Can Book Me platform, where you will be prompted to select half day or whole day hire.

• You will be presented with a calendar of availability — select your chosen day.

• Select the start time of your hire.

• Complete the booking form details and select ‘Confirm Booking’.

• Your booking request is now complete!

Please note that your booking will need approval from our team before being confirmed.
