Cobia Beach Guest House

• 22 people total if entire property is rented together. (18 Adults, 4 kids)

• $575 per night for all 3 Cabanas. (Available April 15 - Sept. 31)  3 Night minimum. 10% discount for 7+ nights.

• 9% Belize hotel tax

• $400 refundable security deposit

• 50% down upon booking to hold the date.     Final 50% due 3 months out. 

• We are located near the large FiWe Mart, and the basketball court

• Only 30 minute boat ride to largest barrier reef this side of the world

• Only 15-20 minute car ride to rain forest mountains and water falls

• 1.5 hours from Belize city airport, all paved roads

• 1 hour to Placencia, all paved roads

• WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, CAN'T LEGALLY BE CLOSER  :-)
