When you are on duty as FBI you must follow uniform guidelines.
Uniform Guidelines
Only black vests with no tactical gear attached to the vest are allowed for regular patrol duties.
You must wear a marked FBI shirt while on duty.
You are not allowed to have any tactical equipment on while on regular patrol duties
You are only allowed to wear Tan or Black Pants for regular patrol duties
