Flight Leader Seminar (FLS)

Open to all new and established flight commanders and flight chiefs across Team Buckley.  This three-day seminar is designed to provide a learning environment to discuss some of the pertinent issues and programs that flight leadership will likely work with on a regular basis.  It will also prepare flight leadership to tackle their new duties and role within the organization.

Front Range Leadership Seminar

Join us as the 50th Security Forces Squadron hosts 4 Command Chief Master Sergeants from outside organizations to speak on multi-functional Airmen/Guardian NCO’s-CGO’s.  This will be a captivating event leveraging 120 years of combined experience to prepare warfighters for the coming power competition and near-peer challenges by achieving the desired effects: 1) Inspire & encourage innovation from the tactical level up 2) Fortify leadership resilience to achieve team synergy during exigent circumstances 3) Sharpen & empower tactical and operational level leadership to actualize the Commander’s mission.

Narrative Writing Course

While the new USAF narrative writing style is still evolving, this class will teach you basics as we transition from bullets.  Attendees will have the opportunity to practice learned skills and better equip themselves with the tools necessary to become a more effective narrative writer.
