Purpose

To provide a standardized and transparent roadmap for the overall professional development of the enlisted Airmen in the Colorado Air National Guard (COANG).  This Enlisted Development Plan (EDP) is a reference tool each Airman and Supervisor can easily use in determining the expectations and focus areas for skill level training, leadership and supervisory development, force development, and organizational participation.
