These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoAim mobile application and related services (“Service”) operated by CoAim Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the CoAim app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CoAim. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring that your account is used only by you
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
CoAim allows you to link your account with a partner’s account for shared experiences, moods, and goals.
By linking accounts, you consent to share selected data (such as goals, moods, chats, and progress updates) with your partner.
If either partner deletes their account, both accounts and all shared data will be permanently removed.

By using CoAim, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
CoAim offers optional premium upgrades such as:
Unlimited moods and goals
Ad-free experience
Exclusive insights and tools
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled via Apple’s App Store billing system. All payments are non-refundable once processed. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
You agree not to:
Use CoAim for unlawful or harmful purposes
Upload or share offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content
Interfere with the normal operation of the app
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
You can delete your account at any time within the app settings.
Upon deletion:
Your account will be permanently removed
All data, including linked partner data, will be deleted and cannot be recovered
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or harm the community.
All content, design, logos, and trademarks within CoAim are the property of CoAim Technologies. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our prior written consent.
CoAim is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoAim Technologies will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of CoAim after updates means you accept the new Terms.
