This Privacy Policy explains how Coachsmart Plus collects, uses, stores, and protects user data.

Information we collect
Coachsmart Plus may collect and process the following types of information:
1. Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:
- Email address
- User ID
- Sign-in provider information, such as email/password login, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In
- Display name, if provided by a sign-in provider
Authentication is handled using Firebase Authentication.
2. App data
Coachsmart Plus may store app data connected to your account, such as:
- Teams
- Players
- Matches
- Statistics
- Training or match-related notes
- App settings and preferences
This data is used to provide the core features of the app.
3. Analytics and diagnostics
Coachsmart Plus may collect analytics, crash, diagnostic, and performance data to help improve the app, detect errors, and maintain app stability.
This may include:
- App interactions
- Crash logs
- Diagnostic information
- Device and app information
- Firebase installation or app instance identifiers
4. Payments and subscriptions
If Coachsmart Plus offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases may be processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store full payment card details. Payment handling is managed by the relevant app store provider.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Sign users in securely
- Provide app functionality
- Store and sync user data
- Improve app performance and reliability
- Analyze app usage
- Prevent misuse, fraud, or technical problems

Sharing of information
We do not sell user data.
We may share or process data with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, including:
- Firebase / Google services for authentication, database, analytics, diagnostics, and app infrastructure
- Google Play or Apple services for app distribution and purchases, where applicable
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies and/or as service providers for app functionality.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
Data transmitted between the app and backend services is encrypted in transit using secure communication protocols such as HTTPS/TLS.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user information using commonly accepted security practices.
Data retention
We keep user data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
When an account is deleted, associated account data and app data connected to that account will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
Account and data deletion
Users can delete their account directly in the Coachsmart Plus app:
1. Open Coachsmart Plus.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion.
Deleting your account removes your authentication account and associated app data connected to your account.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing:

Please send the request from the same email address connected to your Coachsmart Plus account.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some limited data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
Children
Coachsmart Plus is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to create an account or use online services without parental consent.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and delete the information if required.
International data processing
The services used by Coachsmart Plus may process data on servers located in different countries. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Coachsmart Plus after changes means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
