Coachsmart Plus – Account deletion
Users can delete their account directly in the Coachsmart Plus app:
1. Open Coachsmart Plus.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion.
Deleting your account removes your authentication account and associated app data connected to your account.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing:
bjurre83@gmail.com
Please send the request from the same email address connected to your Coachsmart Plus account.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
