These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coach OS mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Digital Dhandha ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Coach OS is a platform that allows coaches, creators, and coaching institutes to sell courses, run live batches and classes, and manage students. If you are a student, you use the App to purchase and access courses, join live classes, and interact with your coach/institute. Features and content within the App are determined by the specific coach or institute operating that instance of Coach OS.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, including for any purchases made.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including OTP codes) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All course content (videos, notes, quizzes, and materials) made available through the App is owned by the respective coach or institute providing that content, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a course grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
You may not download (except where explicitly permitted for offline viewing), record, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or share course content or your login access with any other person.
Attempting to circumvent content protection, screen-record paid lessons, or share your account credentials may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
Prices for courses and batches are set by the coach/institute and displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to that gateway's applicable terms.
Access duration (lifetime or fixed-term) is specified on the course/batch listing at the time of purchase.
Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the individual coach/institute's refund policy, which will be communicated at or before the time of purchase. Digital Dhandha, as the platform provider, is not responsible for refund decisions made by individual coaches/institutes.
Live classes may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled students who could not attend live.
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during live sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a session and/or suspension of your account.
We are not responsible for technical interruptions to live classes caused by internet connectivity, device issues, or third-party service outages.
You agree not to:
Share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials
Upload or share unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content (including in the Doubts section)
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App's security or functionality
Use the App for any purpose other than legitimate personal learning or, for coaches/institutes, legitimate teaching and business administration
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that course content will meet your specific educational outcomes or expectations. Educational results depend on individual effort and the content provided by the respective coach/institute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Dhandha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or dissatisfaction with course content, which remains the responsibility of the coach/institute providing it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Coaches/institutes may also independently revoke access for their own students in accordance with their own policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated within the App where practicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
