Coach OS ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Digital Dhandha. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Coach OS mobile application and related services.
By using Coach OS, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Account information: Name, phone number, email address, and profile photo (optional) when you register.
Payment information: When you purchase a course or batch, payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers.
Content you submit: Doubts/questions, uploaded images (e.g., photos of handwritten questions), test/quiz responses, and any notes or messages you send within the App.
Usage data: Courses viewed, lessons completed, time spent, quiz scores, and app interaction patterns.
Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
Log data: IP address, access times, and crash/error reports for troubleshooting.
If you join a live class, your camera and/or microphone may be accessed with your permission, and the session may be recorded for later viewing by enrolled students.
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account
Provide access to purchased courses, batches, and live classes
Process payments and send purchase confirmations/receipts
Send OTPs for login/verification via SMS
Send notifications about live classes, new content, or announcements
Respond to doubts and support requests
Improve app performance and troubleshoot issues
Generate AI-assisted content (e.g., quiz suggestions, doubt responses) where this feature is enabled by your coach/institute
We work with the following categories of third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function:
Backend & database hosting — to store your account and course data
Payment gateway — to process course purchases securely
SMS/OTP provider — to verify your phone number at login
Video hosting provider — to stream course videos securely
AI service providers — where AI features are enabled (e.g., generating quiz questions or draft doubt responses from lesson content)
Push notification service — to deliver app notifications
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Course content and student data may be hosted on infrastructure designated by your coach/institute, consistent with the specific deployment of Coach OS you are using. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Coach OS may be used by students under the age of 18 in the context of coaching and educational services. Where a user is a minor, we expect account creation and payment to be authorized by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from minors than is necessary to provide the educational service. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at the email below so we can take appropriate action.

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements (e.g., transaction records)
